What to Expect

Our consultation is a brief, supportive conversation designed to understand your needs, answer questions, and determine appropriate next steps. Consultations are available for patients, families, providers, and facilities to ensure services are aligned and intentional from the start.

During this time, we’ll discuss your goals, review service options, answer general questions, and determine next steps, including whether provider collaboration or additional forms are needed. No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment is provided this consultation is simply an opportunity to connect and ensure we’re the right fit.

  • 15–20 minutes | No charge

    This consultation is ideal if you:

    ·       Are unsure which service is right for you

    ·       Want to explore wound care, concierge nursing, or occupational health services

    ·       Are a provider or facility interested in partnership or referrals

    This conversation helps determine fit and next steps.

  • 40-60 mins | $150

    Travel fees may apply outside of our primary service area.

    This in-home or onsite nursing assessment allows us to:

    • Evaluate care needs in real time

    • Assess safety, mobility, and support systems

    • Review current health concerns and recovery needs

    • Identify appropriate concierge nursing services

    • Develop a personalized care plan and visit schedule

    For wound care clients, this visit also covers:

    • Wound assessment

    • Measurements

    • Skin checks

    • Dressing plan

    • Infection risk

    • Care coordination

    • Deciding visit frequency

    This assessment is required before initiating ongoing concierge nursing services.

    Assessment fee may be applied toward ongoing services if care is initiated

  • When nursing services require collaboration with a provider, facility, or care team, time spent coordinating care is billed separately to reflect professional nursing time and oversight.

    Care Team Communication Fees

    ·       Provider or facility communication: $35 per 15 minutes

    ·       Documentation, care coordination, and follow-up related to provider collaboration may apply

    This includes:

    ·       Communicating with physicians or clinics

    ·       Reviewing or clarifying provider orders

    ·       Coordinating care plans with facilities

    ·       Ensuring continuity and safety of care

     

Pricing and nursing services are individualized and established during the in-person assessment. Provider collaboration or referrals will be arranged as needed to support safe, coordinated care.

  • Solace Solutions Healthcare provides RN-led services within the Registered Nurse scope of practice.

  • Certain services may require provider orders or collaboration.

  • Occupational health services follow applicable employer policies and regulatory requirements, including DOT guidelines when applicable.

  • Pricing is reviewed and confirmed prior to initiating services.
