Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a referral or provider order?

Some services, such as certain wound care treatments or skilled nursing tasks, may require provider orders. If orders are needed, we’re happy to collaborate with your healthcare provider to ensure appropriate and coordinated care.

Do you accept insurance?

Solace Solutions Healthcare provides private-pay and contract-based services. We do not bill insurance at this time. This allows us to offer personalized, flexible care without the limitations of insurance-based models.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the type of service, time involved, complexity of care, and location. We provide starting rates on our pricing page, and final pricing is confirmed after a consultation to ensure services align with your needs and expectations.

Do you diagnose conditions or prescribe medication?

No. Solace Solutions Healthcare provides RN-led services within the Registered Nurse scope of practice. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or replace care provided by a physician or advanced practice provider.

Are your CPR and BLS classes certified?

Yes. All CPR and BLS classes are American Heart Association (AHA)–certified and meet current training standards for healthcare providers, workplaces, and community members.

How do providers or facilities partner with Solace Solutions?

Providers and facilities can submit a partnership inquiry through our website. We collaborate on referrals, contract services, occupational health support, and coordinated patient care.
