Solace Solutions provides RN-led wound care management for individuals, families, healthcare providers, and facilities who need consistent, skilled nursing support. We offer thorough wound assessments, dressing changes, and ongoing monitoring to promote healing, prevent complications, and reduce unnecessary hospital visits. Our care is designed to support both patients and the clinical teams involved in their treatment.
Wound Care Support Includes
Diabetic and chronic wounds, Post-operative and surgical wounds, Pressure injuries and ulcers, Traumatic or slow-healing wounds, Skin integrity concerns related to limited mobility

Nursing Concierge services
Personalized, RN-led care delivered with intention, compassion, and professionalism
We provide RN-led nursing concierge services for private patients and provider-referred clients, delivered in the comfort of home. Whether you need short-term recovery support or ongoing nursing guidance, our services are designed to make care feel more accessible, supportive, and personalized.
Concierge Nursing Support Includes
We support individuals and families through a variety of care needs, including:
Post-hospital or post-surgical recovery support, Chronic condition education and wellness monitoring, Medication education and reminders, Vital signs and wellness check-ins, Care coordination and communication with providers, Patient and family advocacy, Caregiver education and support
Services May Include
RN-led health and wellness check-ins, Recovery and safety monitoring, Health and medication teaching, Coordination of care with providers and facilities, Emotional support and reassurance, Guidance for navigating healthcare plans
Important Note
Nursing concierge services are provided within the Registered Nurse scope of practice. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or replace care provided by a physician or advanced practice provider. Some services may require collaboration with or orders from a licensed provider.
Occupational Health services
Solace Solutions Healthcare will be launching Occupational Services starting Spring of 2026
Supporting safe, healthy, and compliant workplaces.
We provide mobile and onsite occupational health services for employers, facilities, and organizations, including DOT and non-DOT testing, workplace and pre-employment health screenings, and fit-for-duty or return-to-work assessments. Our services are designed to support workplace safety, compliance, and employee wellbeing, delivered with professionalism, efficiency, and care.
Health Screenings Include:
During health screenings, we assess overall wellness and work readiness through services such as vital signs, health history review, basic functional and mobility screening, vision screening, medication and wellness education, and documentation as required by the employer. Screenings are non-diagnostic and may be completed in collaboration with a licensed provider when needed.

When required, we collaborate with licensed providers and employers to support safe, compliant workplace health services.
